Workshop Note
Hi Jon. I liked your image, but I thought it can be enhanced by some selective adjustments of light levels and saturation to enhance the contrast... and to expound on the looming storm you've captured. Here's what I've done in PS7:
1. highlighted the clouds, then adjusted the levels and saturation
2. highlighted the houses, then adjusted the levels and saturation (also the hue to favor the reds)
3. cropped out the tree on the right
4. applied USM at the following settings: 0.7 pixel, threshold 1, 65%
