Workshop Note

This is the water-lily of the main picture in its environment.
The territory of Auroville, which was a desert originally, counts 20 square KM.
The founders dug wells, installed wind turbines, as well as drainage and water-supply networks.
More than 2M trees and shrubs were planted in 4 decades. [If you look at the map(Link in the coordinates of the main post), you will see the thick growth around Auroville.]
UNESCO has supported the project from the beginning.
