Hi Marie Louise, Thank you so much for sharing this photo with us. I lived in Turkey for half my life, but did not realize Hierapolis was where Apostle Philip was martyred. Apart from being informative, your photo is very appealing. I like the fact that you included just a little bit of the sky. I also like how the path leads one's eyes all the way to the Martyrium.
