I tweaked the clarify tool in PS Pro 9, then sent it to Photoshop 3.0 for lightening of the main scene, with a slight increase in contrast. Then I sharpened the photo by one degree. I notice you saved the shot at 94 kbs, whereas you can go up to 200 kb to increase your quality. I hope you like the WS.

Recropped, desaturated, increased contrast, burned sky and foreground, colour toned, framed. Hope you like it...

This picture has great potential and that`s why I went on working on it a bit with PS.
First of all, I cropped the less interesting foreground and a bit of the less interesting background (clouds). By doing so, I focused the view on the biker, the main subject of this composition. Then, I applied Local Contrast Enhanced (LCE) with the PS (Amount - 20%, Radius - 50, Threshold -0) in order to create a nice contrast effect and after that regular USM (Amount - 30%, radius - 5, Threshold - 0) to sharpen the picture a bit. Then I added an adjustment layer with Saturation at 40 but finally decreased the opacity to 50% (i.e. like Saturation 20) to increase the washed-out colors. As a final touch, I added a black frame so it would enhance the grahic texture of the biker, the main subject.

Cropped it and then fixed a bit contrast and used the Film Grain option to work around the noise that was in the photo. I hope you like it.
