Well captured young, pretty dancer. I can see enthusiasm in her face.
You could make different dof to focus only on the girl at the front, but it's not 100% neccessary.

Nice shot Danno. Great colours. I like that the girl is looking stright at the camera. I guess you only had a moment to grab the shot? The focus is more on the background dancers though, it would have been nice to see the dancer in front sharply focused against a more blurred background? Still a lovely shot, and thanks for sharing!
