Photographer's Note
I happened across this sign at a parking garage in San Francisco (near the Moscone Center). Kind of unsettling but somewhat meaningless when you think about it... there's not enough information here for one to take action on. I guess if one were planning to loiter, maybe it would be a good idea to pick another place. But I imagine anywhere on the street in a big city will not be particularly healthy...
I deliberately put the emergency kit in the frame and captured a passerby who is obviously in a hurry to escape this dangerous area.

Interesting image and I like the blur and message you are getting across here.
At least California is happy to give people warning about these types of things, most states/organisations would be trying to keep it hush hush.

Well spotted Mike. The inclusion of the emergency kit and the blurred passer-by relate well to the sign and make this a good documentary shot. Cheers . . . David
