Photographer's Note

I feel bad that I havn't posted many photos from Bergen, as I've been focusing alot on India and Lofoten.

So I wanted to make sure I post at least a few more scenes from the charming town of Bergen before I forget!

This photo was taken on a city-walk tour with my girlfriend Tosca and our guide for the day, Erling from TE.

We had weather that was changing by the minute, and when we arrived at this Cathdral the sun came out and so did some blue sky.

It was a perfect moment to capture the Cathedral in a wide angle stance, shooting upwards for dramatic effect.

Simply called the Bergen Cathedral, the earliest known reference to it was back in 1181, can you imagine!
The title i gave this photo is in reference to a Cannon Ball that is still to this day lodged in the outer stone wall, from a battle between the Dutch and English from 1665.

You can see the cannon ball as you walk around the Cathedral, but its too small to see it in my photo.

Hope you like this one
