Photographer's Note

More than 400 species of plants make up the vegetation in Aoraki/Mount Cook National Park. Under normal circumstances, forest grows to about 1300 m and grassland 1300 m and 1900 m. Most of the park is above the tree line so that the plant life consists mainly of alpine plants.

This image was scanned from the photo that I had made with film camera.
