Taken from the Elandsberg Wilderness Cottages in the Tankwa Karoo National Park, Northern Cape, South Africa.
An afternoon thunderstorm built up over the afternoon, temperatures were 46C all day, heavy rain burst is visible in the left of frame. Spectacular electrical storms all night over the escarpments in the distance.
