Photographer's Note

Here we can see a typical view of Campos Gerais region (General Fields), it is a high and flat area, with a cold climate and with a not so deep soil. While crossing the higways we can see lots of streams, rocks, cascades and little canyons, it is a very beautiful place. This region was one of the first ones to receive Soy bean plantations in Brazil in the 1960's, after some decades Brazilian scientists got to modify this plant and nowadays there are soy bean plantations in every corner of this country, including the hotter areas.
I took this photo while crossing the main free-way in Paraná, I was inside a truck in high speed. We can see a soy bean plantation at the end of its cycle of life, this golden hues aren't flowers, are dead leaves at Fall.
