Photographer's Note
Havasu Falls is a gem of this world. Located in Havasu Canyon - a side canyon of Grand Canyon - and near the small village Havasupai.
To get there you'll have to either walk for several hours, ride on a mule, or fly to Havasupai in a helicopter. But it is well worth the trouble :)
The high concentration of limestone fragments in the water reflects the sunlight and gives it the blue-green color that looks gorgeous.

Hello! This is a very difficult photo to capture in that the falls are so secluded and hard to reach. It is a long hike in the heat, and permision must be granted by the Indians. That being said, the waterfall is lovely and lucky you have a person there to give it a sense of scale.

Karen

Per,
This is a fine shot taken in difficult conditions. Your light management is outstanding bringing out nice detail in the shadows without overexposing the lighted areas. The overhanging trees add depth for the shot while the person gives a sense of scale.

Asa
