Photographer's Note

My last posting shows part of this wall at the end of August. I am posting this in response to a request to show how different the flowers are in June. The pink ones are armeria caespitosa, usually called seapink or thrift. The yellow ones are known as bird's foot trefoil – lotus corniculata. Both seed freely in poor soil near the sea.
The time of this shot was 6 pm.
