An absolute cracker Marc!
This photo is so full of atmosphere and details,I call it a magic show,i can even see a glimpse of the bystanders in the backgground.
Your grey frame is in style and very professional.
This is Nat-Geo quality.

j'adore cette pluie d'étincelles qui scintillent dans la douceur ds teintes,réveillées aussi par le orange des costumes!Les mouvemenst des personnages sont superbes,et le cadrage magnifique.

Hola Marc,

I have seen a many mediocre photos posted from Catalunya since I joined Treck Earth 2 months ago which have received a lot of points. I think there must be a clique up there and this has made me a little cynical but this is a great picture. It is full of light, colour and action and captures the spirit of the event. Well done!

Un enchantement cette photo où tu as su à la fois gérer la luminosité et la netteté.
Je la verrais bien dans un bon livre de bon photographe celle-là ! Une image document extrêmement bien réussie où les couleurs se côtoient à merveille.
Bravo, sincèrement.
Finement présenté tout ça en plus.
On n'est plus dans la photo d'amateur là.

Hi Marc,

A fabulous shot - the darkness at the bottom of the frame sets the tone, with much of the light for this shot coming from the fireworks themselves. Not an easy shot, but you have managed in excellently.

The frame is totally off, a simple white or a black does it better, dont you think..

Quelle ambiance! C'est magnifiquement rendu! Tu as bien su profiter des fumées pour faire presque disparaître le public, et les couleurs chaudes des costumes ressortent à merveille. La scène, avec sa bonne dose de mystère et d'étrangeté, donne la sensation de plonger en plein Moyen-âge. C'est féérique, avec une lumière splendide. Félicitations.

Totalement d'accord avec Magali. Là, on passe une vitesse...
Quand je vois ça, je me dis que je n'ai plus qu'à partir à la pêche plutôt que de faire des photos..
cette brume bleutée où pleuvent les étoiles... ce contrastes avec la netteté de ces figurants aux vêtements de feu... c'est absolument magnifique, et je ne parle pas de l'incroyable atmosphère que tu réussis à transmettre.
C'est tout simplement magnifique!
Totalement scotchée...

It's a compelling photo like seeing on National Geographic magazine. Greenish-gray background enhances main subject more. The gray border is used very effectively. Amazing work!
