I got myself a flower for 400.
I'm not quite sure about where does the TE stands for flowers on the site but, I took a chance.

I gifted myself with the flower for my 400.

Because, quite honestly...
What's wrong with giving myself a flower for my 400 ?

Hi George,

You are actually the fastest in the world in getting to 400 photographs. No idea how you manage to do it, but it's interesting to follow :-)
Yeah, you can give yourself flowers. And feathers and stuff like that. You deserve it George.
If you have the heart to take a portrait-like shot with a 20mm on an F100 you deserve flowers. You were so close...
Guess you used her breasts as a tripod...

Ah, yes, the greatest moments of the TE members: the x00th post... Once we reach each of these thresholds, we do become better.

The mother of Jorge Luis Borges had died at 99; a woman came to give condolences and told him "poor your mother, she was just about to be 100"... Borges looked at her, with his blind and sad eyes, and said "dear lady, aren't you overestimating the advantages of the decimal system?"

T'was about time to post a flower, though I do remember some dandelions not so long ago.
I do remember those two faces in the back. But the flower in front is great!

i guess, this time it took 40 days and a couple of nights to reach 400...
reflections on glasses, flowers in the fields or in a mouth, a gay day, a surprizing perspective without any pinch of juxtapositioning, a different choice of focusing... so different and a mesmerizingly masterful photography. do you also keep your flower, and still between your two lips, G?

Polonaise in a playful mood, once again... I like these mirrored smiles and the round, smiling cheeks on the right, also visible on the thumb - the perspective is great too, it's a happy photo for a happy occasion, congratulations for your "new" 400th which deserves much more success - is it the WE ? Only 153 views sofar ?

Flowers should be banned....only in combination with pets or with people sporting cool sunglasses can they be allowed.

It's another one of your tightly framed urban people shots with twist that works really well.

No, no, no.

That's not the way you do it. You title it thusly: "LOVE AND FLOWERS: MY 400TH POST ON TE!!!!!!!" Exclamation points will draw attention.

It is important, because people will be compelled to laud you for your accomplishment. Oh, yes, don't desaturate those happy pretty colours. The girl with the bumpy skin and HIV/AIDS T-shirt? Tasteful ones would crop her out.

I see you haven't downloaded the NeatImage still.

Lots of happiness here, and yet, the reminder of the sad things of life too, with that tee-shirt on Aids. Gorgeous stuff; skin close and skin-deep.

George, estupenda fotografía muy expresiva y colorida, me encanta el plano posterior con esas miradas fijas del uno en el otgro mientras en el primer plano hay otra historia diferente.
