Photographer's Note

Ottmanach, a small carinthian village, waking up in the morning. The fog usually covers this area in autumn and winter, from October to December, and it´s rare to see the fog and blossoming trees at the same time.

Hello Christian,
to me, the view looks very mystical due to the heavy fog. I very much like this juxtaposition of two parts which seem as if to belong to two absolutely different realms. Excellent effect! very impressive :) The slightly visible buildings in the distance seem to be floating in the clouds.

This is a fantastic shot. Absolutely wonderful the way the white tower looming out of the mist balances the light blooms on the tree in the opposite corner. Marvellous sharpness, yet the mistiness is not compromised. Really a magical photo of morning fog in a lovely village. Outstanding.

A fairy-tale well interpreted in this enchanting capture!
The fog effect is great leaving the tree tops visible and the steeple of that building!
The lighting at the foreground is excellent!

Hallo Christian. Ein bekanntes Motiv, wenn man Dein voriges Photo kennt. Diesmal aus einer etwas anderen Perspektive und wahrnehmbaren Bildelementen, die aus dem Nebel heraus sichtbar sind. Sehr schönes Bild, das du da hast, der Nebel sieht hier klasse aus, nur die Kirchturmspitze ragt raus, sieht klasse aus. Super Belichtung, klasse Farben, alles perfekt hier, muss man nichts mehr dazu sagen!

It's got such a terrific morning mood, with characteristical brightness and colors! The mist, of course, is the great highlight! But all the rest, pov, composition, sharpness, exposure are all outstanding features in this image!

This is so magical as the day comes alive with the morning light before the mist and fog clear away, Autria has never look so beautiful until you show it. I have been there once and it is a beautiful country, but you make it more so. This is a great POV with excellent light, and the fog make it very special. Thanks
