How beautiful is to share a magnificent view with a loved one!

The beauty of the moment seems magnified, the colors, the smells are more intense.

Taken just this afternoon, in Ypacarai lake, not too far away from Asuncion, more or less one hour of traveling.
My family has a house 200 meters away from this point. The sunsets are amazing, there is a explosion of colors, specially when it is cloudy.
At the other side of the lake, there is a city, Aregua, famous due to its clay pottery, handcrafted things, really beautiful and old city.

No crop, only level adj. it was already too dark, so I went to 1600 settings.

A white frame as usual and that´s it. I hope you like it.

My monitor is not well calibrated, so I wonder if the image is too dark or too bright.

Nice shot Cesar;

Superb composition, and good levels (image is NOT too dark). My only suggestion would be some Neat Image to remove some of the visible noise.

Wonderful! She seems to walk on the water. There is a bit of noise (I suppose you used a 1600 ISO to have fast shutter speed and get a clear silhouette...), but the picture is beautiful.

Really nice catch- its a beatiful scene. I love the little details of the child's fingers and the ponytail. The scenery is lovely as well. Everything works great together. Awesome job.

A beautiful shot, Cesar - a precious moment between mother and child (presumably) in a lovely natural setting. Exposure is perfect to retain the soft sunset colours and reflections, with the silhouettes so clear against them. The diagonal of the bridge is nice too.

It's great to have a family- one is really rich if they've got someone to return to, someone so close that will never reject you for whatever happens.
I see this image like celebrating that fact and you expressed it well through clear silhouetting and having a BG full of fine pasteul colours.

This is stunning Cesar! Great subtle colors of early evening and wonderful sharpness of each element. The angle of the dock extending across the scene, the wedge of copper reflecting off the water beyond the dock, the thin wedge of ground at the opposite side of the lake all contribute to the elegance of the scene. Of course, the woman whom I assume is your wife, holding a boy I assume is your son, make the scene magical with that fine reflection in the almost still water. Beautiful image! I have to make it a favorite.

Una foto preciosa, con una tierna escena de la madre con su hijito. Los colores con tonos pastel y muy suaves son muy bonitos y relajantes, y la iluminaciób a esa hora también la has conseguido muy bien. Me gustan los limpios reflejos en el agua.

Cesar, el punto de vista es muy profesional y la silueta es la mejor parte ayudada por el fondo detras. El iso fue bastante bueno y tambien la exposicion que le diste.

What makes this picture incredible is how you shot the woman and the kid. I guess the picture would have been quite flat if they were not there.

I love the contrast between the two characters and the background.

You are very lucky to live in such a peaceful place...

Hello Cesar, this is a very touching moment you immortalized here. You did a good job on the pp work here with the silhouetted mother and her baby against the lovely soft hue of the sunset and the blue water in the fg.

Good distance between you, the main subject of the composition and the sunset. I like the vertical perspective. Good reflections on the water.

And the hands of the baby towards her mother is a bonus. Fool of meaning.

Ive had a thing for sillouhettes lately. I havent had the opportunity to shoot any. The reflection of the skies colors on the water, the reflection of the sillouhette, even the small blades of grass in the lower right corner make this photo magnificent.

Tu foto esta muy bien lograda, la composicion, el detalle, el reflejo... son perfectos. Personalmente no me gusta mucho el tema, me parece un poco trillado, pero eso es solo el gusto mio.

Really a lovely image! Yes, it could use a bit of noise reduction, but that's a minor point. Also, the baby's head is on the same line as the horizon, but, again, a minor point. And the lighting is perfect.
