Photographer's Note

Esta foto é a minha primeira experiência em trabalhar com arquivo RAW, e dedico ao nosso amigo Lucas, pois ele sempre me cobrou um trabalho nesta linha. Vou confessar, apesar de levar mais tempo para editar o arquivo, eu gostei do resultado final. Como a foto feita no final da tarde, ajustei a temperatura da cor, para 6200º Kelvin.
O tema em destaque é o Museu da República, e ao fundo, o Congresso Nacional. Nesta outra foto vocês poderão ter mais informações sobre este local.

Olá Consuelo,

excelente captura. Apesar da arquitetura moderna ser o tema da foto, fiquei deslumbrado com as formações de nuvens e o azul do céu ao fundo. Muito bonita como um todo, parabéns!

Hi Consuelo,
Futuristic looking building, it sits well with your title. I like this shot, the graphic shape of the pathway does look like it is going into the clouds. I think you could have pushed the boundaries a little more here by going for a much more graphic image. I was going to show you a workshop but you must have this disallowed, what I was considering was a tighter crop to eliminate the cars, tarmac and the right side of the building, so all we see is building and clouds.

ficou interessante mesmo essa viagem pelos anéis de Saturno nas nuvens do planeta Terra, acho que Niemeyer deve ter tido alguma idéia desse tipo quando fez isso né, ou então você quando bateua foto! Interessante a tonalidade amarelada, e agora virou adepta do mundo RAW também? Gostou de usar?

Hello Consuelo, I like the result you have achieved again, it takes more time to convert to Raw but I think the result will give you more detail & sharpness. Nice sky, well framed, it reminds me of Saturn & it's rings.

las armónicas y espectaculares curvas de la arquitectura de Niemeyer se complementan con un cielo con magníficas nubes, que añaden más grafismo al conjunto.
La luz y los colores están bien tratados, es una imagen muy agradable de mirar.

This reminds me of the sky train!
Amazing architecture in Brasilia, even today, and imagine the impact it had by the time of construction!
This is an interesting framing, bringing out the fine dynamic lines...
That cloud formation makes a great background, well exposed as it is!

En ce moment chez nous un film sort dans les cinémas, il porte comme titre le jour ou la terre s'arreta, il parle d'invasion extraterrestre, je trouve que ta photo irait bien pour l'affiche de ce film avce ce batiment très futuriste.

Olá Consuelo. Bonita perspectiva dessa bela estrutura. As nuvens ameaçadoras conferem-lhe um ar bastante dramático. Acho apenas que está um pouco escura e fiz um WS mas como não está disponível a edição, ficou no meu computador. Gostei bastante de qualquer forma. A saber: As alterações produzidas foram apenas: Auto levels e noise reduction, tudo no CS4. Abraço. e bom fim de semana. Paulo

Very well composed shot to show the curve of the structure and its dimension of scale compared to the cars. Interesting to see the ring element just at the level of the lower clouds.

I think the light and clouds make your capture much more dramatic. Good work!

You merged fantastic cloudy sky with the curved ramp through concrete dome skilfully. I like double colored clouds that adds next dimensions to your photo's space. Perfect clarity and sharpness, excellent!

Hola Consuelo,
Esta construção de Niemeyer me faz pensar na bolha que também existe no edifício que fez em Paris (a pessoa vê o interior no WS que eu remeti em complemento).
Talvez que será o caminho que o Niemeyer levará o dia onde ele deixará nossa terra, mas como esperando lhe deseja um Feliz aniversário!
