This place is called Palmeira da Serra (or something like "Palm of the Hills"), and it's the very beginning of a beautiful hill chain, with a valley smacked right in the middle of it.

There's a railroad that crosses this hills - and the rails are actually behind the short brick wall on the picture.

Looking to the other side from where the pic was taken, it's a great spot to see the valley. There's a bar, and you can just hang around and have a beer in the middle of nowhere, with an amazing view. You'll just have to make the chit-chat a little louder when the train goes by.
