Life on Earth, as we know it, exist only because a group of many details, each one being different and our life would be destroyed or would be very different. Life on Earth is a miracle.
We ever thinks moon as an adornment of the sky, but it has a role of protection against asteroids and keep the waters of the seas spreed uniformly and creates the streams in the ocean, ruling the weather, taking the heat from equator to the poles and the cold from the poles to equator, keeping everything warm. Moon creates the tides and if the tides have no existed probably the first shapes of life wouldn't had migrated from ocean to the soil. With no moon our planet would whirl faster and we would have more hurricanes and the months would be very short and with no moon our ancestors wouldn't be able to count the time. Inclination of Earth make it has seasons and moon let this tool stable, with no moon each day would have a different season. The days would have only four hours and you would be older fast.
At each year the moon stay 4 centimetres far from us and when Jesus was here it was 80 meters closer.
Curiously during a sun eclipse the moon fit exactly inside the shapes of the sun, what a coincidence ! Or not ?
This made me remember when I was 7 years old and I watched the man arriving in moon by TV, live, and I was ever waiting the moment the moon warriors would attack the astronauts, as I saw in the series of TV showing adventures in the space. My loved one was "LOST IN THE SPACE".

A vida na terra é um milagre composto de inúmeros detalhes, se cada um desses detalhes fosse diferente a vida não teria existido ou seria diferente daquilo que conhecemos.
Sempre pensamos na lua como um adorno do céu, mas ela nos protege de asteroides e mantêm as águas dos oceanos bem espalhadas sobre a terra, criando correntes marinhas que mantêm o clima ameno, levando o frio dos polos para o equador e o calor do equador para os polos. Como as marés existem por causa da lua, sem elas provavelmente a vida que se criou nos oceanos não teria migrado para o solo. Sem a lua a terra rodopiaria mais depressa e mais furacões existiriam, os meses seriam muito curtos e nossos ancestrais não saberiam como contar o tempo. A inclinação da terra é que cria as estações, sem a lua essa ferramenta estaria sem controle e teríamos estações diferentes a cada dia. Os dias teriam apenas quatro horas e envelheceríamos muito mais depressa.
A cada ano a lua se afasta 4 cm da terra, desde que Jesus andava nesse planeta até hoje, a lua se afastou 80 metros.
Curioso como durante um eclipse solar a lua se encaixa exatamente no formato do sol. Que coincidência! Ou não ?
Tudo isso me fez lembrar da chegada do homem à lua quando eu tinha sete anos de idade. Era uma primeira transmissão ao vivo na TV e eu ficava esperando que os habitantes da lua atacassem os astronautas, tal qual eu via acontecer no meu seriado favorito (PERDIDOS NO ESPAÇO).
