Imbetiba Beach & Breakwater, a photo from Rio de Janeiro, Southeast

Photographer's Note

in the 70's the Imbetiba beach was the most turistic place of Macace city, with restaurants and a nice beach. However with the construction of the seaport and the breakwater (6 in total) changes this aspect resulting in change of the place characterists.

In 2011, the shore was restored and the new mayor is trying to bring back the the place to turistic map. Last month a Food Truck event with more then 30 trucks occours in the shore.

Of course , this is not really the "paradisiac beach" . We see only a very little part of sand on the right . however , this is an interesting view , well composed , perfectly sharp .
