Photographer's Note

Inaugurated in October 5 of 1991, the Greenhouse of Curitiba's Botanical Garden contains numerous plant specimens from Brazil and other countries.

The structure is made of iron and glass with three vaults and have a Art Nouveau style inspired by the London Crystal Palace.

The greenhouse is acclimatized and holds species of the Atlantic Forest as Caraguatá, Caeté and Palmetto. From the inside you have a privileged view of the French style garden.
