Photographer's Note
Like me it had already approached other aspects of the sea fishing of my state, I decided to show a little about the construction of the boats used in that activity.
In this first image I want to emphasize the craft aspect of that activity. When I made this image was walking of bicycle and beside the street, with access to anybody, I could witness the construction of some boats, that is the largest. I thought in the moment, that the man inside of the boat, would be the owner informing the master, of some characteristics that interested in the boat. I could also observe that the internal structure and quite it compacts and robust to support the big waves of Atlantic Ocean.

i think this was a perfect choice for b/w. it really adds to the feel of this shot. the composition is enhanced by leaving the front of the boat out. sharpness is great too. well done.

Complete posting with highly appreciated informations.
The composition is excellent for framing and the activity and the special boat. You succeed in giving the special shape of this boat able to fight in big atlantic sea.

An elegant composition you managed with the multiple curving diagonals provided by the boat. The two people are well placed within the scene, and their interaction adds a fine storytelling element. Good choice for b&w and well-managed light contrasts. Nice work, Antonio.

Claude
