Photographer's Note

The JK Bridge, which a lot of people already saw pictures here in TE and by the way I presented picture before. But this bridge has a great fascination on those like to photograph, then it is impossible to pass for there, without the person doesn't discover a new angle to capture, mainly if it's in the sunset's hour. Then, I didn't resist and I clicked it again. I hope you appreciate of my new view.

A Ponte JK, que muitos aqui já viram fotos no TE, inclusive eu já apresentei anteriormente, é um lugar que fascina aqueles que gostam de fotografar, pois é impossível passar por lá sem que não se dê um clique, principalmente, se fôr no horário do pôr-do-sol. Eu não resisti, cliquei novamente.

Olá Consuelo,
tenho uma postada no TE tirada exatamente do mesmo local que você fotografou.
Aqui a iluminação sua ficou um pouco mais sóbria, mas com um bonito aspecto.
A lancha passando justo naquele momento sob a ponte ficou muito bom.

Well chosen POV is creates wonderful scene and gives excellent depth while using bridge. I like dusty sky and its continuing tones on over all frame. Your models are helping a lot to scale your photo.

Oi Consuelo, estive em São Luis e só agora vi sua foto que para variar, está magnífica.Aqui tem uma ponte muito bonita, a chamada ponte metálica,mas eu nunca consegui boas fotos dela. O ângulo desta que você pegou é ótimo. Ficou lindo.

Vraiment superbe ce pont,et le moment bien choisi ou le soleil donne une belle lumière rasante.
Le POV donne un beau départ du pont qui se déroule sur toute la photo,avec ces arches qui sautillent d'un point a l'autre.

I came upon your gallery quite by accident while critiquing a photograph by Carlos (belido), and saw that you do art as well as photography. I am an artist/scientist. I've painted in oils all my life, but I've found that photography with immediate results improves my ability to compose, and my experience painting helps my photography. It is entirely synergistic! I like very much the perspective you've chosen to photograph this astonishingly beautiful bridge (JK Bridge), made up of three parabolic supports, suspending the roadway. I cannot imagine a better way to compose, and to expose the photo. Well done.

Very impressive structure! There must have been some incredible architectural planning and mathematics put into this structure for it to have worked. I also like to the side seeing the people casually talking, and under the bridge the capture of the passing speedboat. The curves and angles provided by the towering arches give the photo plenty of material to work with. Thank you for this post!

Pô, Consuelo, assim não dá... Eu entrei aqui por causa da "Formosa Bay" e fiquei sem saber por onde começar os elogios. Suas imagens tem uma saturação e contraste que eu particularmente gosto muito. Parabens pelo conjunto da obra, mas não é atoa que o pessoal falou tanto desta imagem... realmente impressiona e espero ver isso de perto um dia desses. Parabéns.

I hadn't seen this post before, but I'm glad I have discovered it - excellent work! I like a lot the golden ligt on the white structure, and how it contrasts with the steel gray of water and sky. smart composition, the gentle curve of the bridge nicely leads the eye into the shot. but what I like most is how lively and also relaxed the scene is - usually the photos of interesting architectural objects are rather "cold", but her the presence of calmly chatting girls, pedestriands and cars create a very nice mood.

Una foto estupenda! La arquitectura del puente es magnifica, y tu lo has captada muy bien en el atardecer. El contraste entre las partes luminosas y las en la sombra da un buenissimo efecto.
Tambien, me gusta la presencia de las mujeres que se relajan charlando durante el paseo que debe ser muy agradable.
