Ah the Argentinian meat, all the world already intended some to speak. It would be the best meat of the world. What I present to you today it's a kitchen well-known in Argentina, l'asado. It's with saying the traditional roasted meat. That that we tasted, was meat of sheep. The gauchos of the refuge of Piedra del Fraille, with the foot of Fitz Roy prepared us this marvellous dish. After having killed the sheep, they l'ont makes cook fire during long hours. Then the pieces of sheep were cut out and presented at the guests. But, the gauchos kept for them the best piece, It's with saying the testicles of l'aninal. It's what was cut out and eaten in first. Good appetite....
