Photographer's Note
The Perito Moreno glacier is located 78 km from El Calafate. It was named after the explorer Francisco Moreno, a pioneer who studied the region in the 19th century and played a major role in defending the territory of Argentina in the conflict surrounding the international border dispute with Chile. (Wikipedia)
Though there are probably better photos here on TE of Perito Moreno Glacier, I couldn't resist posting mine version of this classical view.

Hello maja. Only if one opens the picture, one recognizes the beauty of this motive. This icy landscape is impressing. The composition is likewise exemplary. An important detail are the two persons left down on the small bridge. Very beautifully. Best regards, Wolfgang.

Hi Maja, nice view of the Perito Moreno, with the clouds covering it and the light entering through. Well done, chau chau,
