Kinchega NP near Menindee borders the Darling River around 350 km down river from my last lot of river photos.
In this photo you can see the remains of what would not have been a very solid bridge over the river. It would probably have been used to move sheep from one side of the river to the other.
The water level at this point is lower than in my previous river photos (see the Louth folder) as some of the water gets diverted into the Menindee lakes.
In the WS another riverside River Red Gum (Eucalyptus camaldulensis).
