Photographer's Note

Nambung NP mostly gets called by its main and spectacular feature –a desert area called The Pinnacles. It is about 200km north of Perth and close to the coast. The actual pinnacles are eroded limestone. On our visit there late in the afternoon a storm was threatening so the light changed rapidly so I’m posting 3 very different lit images rather than putting any into workshops. When we arrived there was no sun but still interesting light.

Best in the large view.
