Photographer's Note

An eagle at Eagle Junction. The train station used to be called 'Eagle Farm Junction Station', but the 'farm' part was dropped many decades ago. Eagle Farm was created in 1839 when Brisbane was a penal colony and had a surplus of maize available for export to Sydney by 1840. It was then that many eagles were seen, probably attracted by the rodents attracted by the maize. These days the area is covered in Brisbane's international and domestic airports. Painted by Rick Hayward in 2018.

I've added a couple of workshops.
