Photographer's Note
Down they go.
The smouldering.
The damned.
The unholy, impure, unsightly creatures who populate the earth.
They walk the streets,
their feet like lead,
molten lead,
each step a step closer to utter darkness.

I like the mood of this one Hugh. Maybe because it fits somehow my own mood tonight. The darkness with some dying - though sparkling... - light. We don't see a lot, yet, what we see is suggestive, like the light touch of a soft brush...
Pilgrims? Probably. Damned? I don't know. I have no idea...
Effective photo, for me.
Thanks.

just enough light to see what we ought to see, to feel what we need to feel, to tell the rest of the story...
surprising, creative, innovative use of light and darkness...
best wishes, j.

A catastrophic photo of dooms day...
Damned pilgrims of hell lead for the bottom of inferno.

Hi Hugh,
A very NYish photo in a way: dark, buisy, noisy, impersonnal.
It works for me.
