Life Immitates Art: 4

Again with my series of life immitating art. I loved this painting "rainy day" it has such emotion in something that was seemingly very normal.

I tried to capture this spirit of this shot with my lone woman. This was quite a feat because this is one of the more popular paintings in the museum, and the woman seems not to care at all with her nonchalant lean.

A great picture ... i do really like the way you mix simplicity with deeper thoughts!!

Compare to all your others, I find this one not imitating but more as being part of the painting. She is the only one with no umbrella, and by her position as if she was leaning on the redish building in the painting waiting for that rain to stop. Very cool.
