Longs Peak (elevation 14,259 ft - 4345 meters) from the Deer Mountain overlook - Rocky Mountain National Park.

Another shot from our last outing of Thanksgiving break. Pulled off the road on our way to our hike for this quick shot. This is the November sun in the middle of the afternoon striking clouds rolling over the mountains ...

Great photo with beams and clouds, but too small. I want a larger version. Hiking in these kind of conditions is fantastic. The clouds always form new sculptures together with the rocks.

Its evident that I have to visit the Rockies some time in the future.

very nice represent of a wild and simultaneously fascinating afternoon in so big altitute. I imagine that the soul of a person frighten if he found in such .altitutes
