Photographer's Note
This is a view of the famous "Freedom Flight" performed at the recent air show at Hill AFB in Ogden, Utah. I have another picture on TE of these planes but I ran across this yesterday looking for yet another picture from the air show.
The "Freedom Flight" consists of the four major fighter planes that have defended, secured and preserved 65+ years of freedom for people all over the world. Starting from the left they are the F-22 Raptor, the F-4 Phantom II, the F-16 Falcon, and the P-51 Mustang. [thanks to Nathan Wald]
P-51's served in combat from 1940 to 1953. The F-4 Phantom from 1961 through 1995. The F-16 was introduced in 1979 at Hill Air Force Base and is in active duty use around the world today. The F-22 became operational in 2004 and represents the latest technology in fighter aircraft.
Nothing fancy on the shot, shutter priority to get some semblance of sharpness.

F-22 Raptor at the top?! I see you've copied this text from your other post.
OK, just to be clear, from left to right it goes - F-22 Raptor, F-4 Phantom II, F-16 Falcon and then the P-51 Mustang - at the top ;)
Yes, interesting seeing these planes together. Nice crop

Hi Robert,
It's quite a special group. I guess it's not easy to fly in formation so different planes. I can imagine your feeling waiting for the right moment to press the button... Nice clouds too!

Hi Bob,
A very nice shot showing us 4 generations of US Airforces fighters.
A little drawback: the time of exposition is a bit too fast: the engine of the P51 isn't blurred and the aircraft seems to be a bit stopped in the sky.
RegardS.
