The story of the last three beachfront vacant lots at Kailua beach - part 2
Question: Why is this beachfront lot, with 2800 sq meters and 35 meters waterfront, just slightly smaller than the other one, $2.5 million "cheaper"?
Not a faster pace of beach erosion, a less valuable view of the Mokulua Islets or a longer ride to Honolulu. Is it the fact that property taxes haven't still managed to get rid of all the "poor" neighbors yet?
