Tribute to NY, a photo from New York, Northeast

Photographer's Note

Back in 1983 on the top of the WTC, this picture is taken with a very small Rollei camera somebody loaned me. The quality is extremely poor but the document (and the sadness)remain.
On that day the entire area was covered by an heavy smog.
In the WS another view from the top (midtown Manhattan). On the background the silhouette of the Empire state building is visible.

molto evocativa l'immagine Mauro, un commovente omaggio.. nell'anniversario della tragedia..
in questo caso la qualità dell'immagine è assolutamente secondaria.. il documento e la memoria invece no..

conditions techniques pas faciles avec ce temps bouché mais le résultat reste intéressant tout de même et rappelle une époque révolue.

Mauro, thanks! I've been to that place twice and the last time - in May, 2001. This is a great tribute, grazie!
