I like the contrast of the this picture. In our time no police officer would be very happy to allow people to photograph them. The threat of terrorism is too high and the need to protect their identities makes it almost impossible for people to capture smiley officers like you did in the 70's. Good work Colin. A nice portrain in dual colours.
