Poll real-estate hard to maintain, a photo from Washington, West

Photographer's Note

We have 4 polls from an old dock where gulls and other birds perch. The real-estate is prime for watching out for small fish etc. Thus it seems that oncoming flying birds have power over the roosting ones. A fierce approach in the making. Photo taken in front of my home on the hood canal sea waterway in Washington state, USA. Hope you like it. David

Love the image for the action involved. I did do a workshop to reduce some of the noise in the image. Nice chop on the lower right corner.

Hello David,

This is a fine, action shot of a bird in flight!
It is almost as if the birds are performing a dance.
The b/g noise does nothing to spoil the effect of the subject.
