Photographer's Note
I went to Portland to look at a school and was in love within an hour of my arrival... There was so much that caught my eye on my first visit to downtown, and this was just one thing. It looks really happy, but it was a memorial, so it is a little more sad than meets the eye. The light was perfect that afternoon, it didnt rain the whole weekend infact, but the sun was not painfully bright either...
