Nowhere else in the tropics is the climate as pleasant for people with Anglo-Saxon or German roots (or white people in general) as in the mile hiding between the trees and the only islet in Hawaii you can paddle to for a swim at a sandy beach.
And those are THREE of the reasons why the most exclusive addresses of the tropics are the beachfront and oceanfront (even numbers) estates of "Mokulua Dr, Kailua".
