Photographer's Note
Trail Ridge #2
Trail Ridge Road .. Rocky Mountain National Park
ruthlessly pasted from the note to Trail Ridge #1:
Trail Ridge Road is one of the really stunning places in this park I have yet to feel I have really "captured" with a camera.
8 miles of the road are above 11,000 feet (3,353 meters) in elevation. Longs Peak (elevation 14,259 feet ... 4,345 meters) is in the distance.

John,
This is a very nice photo. I like your composition with the green in the foreground and the gray scale of the mountains in the background. Very nice sky with good color and lighting.

Hi John,
How are you?
Nice work, the POV seems incredible, at what height where you?
I like how this green hill on the left gently slopes down in the shot and get's more vegetation on it, on the lower regions. It nicely ends in the right bottom corner, I like that. The sharpness is fine. The clouds are a nice addition to the sky. Details in the back and front seem to be fine, aswell as the exposure. Small suggestion could be to crop just a tiny bit from the blue sky. Well, nice scene..sure seems lovely to enjoy the view!
Greetings.

Hi John,
Another beautiful landscape, love how you have caught the valley between the hillside and the distant peaks.

I love the wild look especially of the background mountains. That look is enhanced by the more friendly appearance of the nearby green hillsides. It looks a wonderful place to just roam in.
