This is a daily life snapshot on the streets of a small town Tamuning.
This man is a representative of the Chamorro people.

The Chamorro people are the indigenous peoples of the Mariana Islands; politically divided between the United States territory of Guam and the United States Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands in Micronesia. Today, significant Chamorro populations also exist in several U.S. states including Hawaii, California, Washington, Texas, Tennessee, Oregon, and Nevada. According to the 2000 Census, approximately 65,000 people of Chamorro ancestry live on Guam and another 19,000 live in the Northern Marianas. Another 93,000 live outside the Marianas in Hawaii and the West Coast of the United States. The Chamorros are primarily Austronesian, but many also have European, Mexican, East Asian and Filipino ancestry.

the simplicity of this shot work so well. two shades of grey, mixed with a small splash of blue and white. looks good

hello Serghei, Scene like this can be seen everywhere. But the view with two different colours lf grey looks attractive. Interesting note about the Chamorro people.

Hello Serghei,
This is not a photo I would have expected from Guam, but it's a very good composition so it doesn't matter where it was taken. You cropped it well with one third light grey and two thirds darker. The painter, who was perfectly dressed for this moment, is a very strong feature against this plain background. It's a clear and simple composition, but cleverly done, with no disturbing details.

Excellent daily life composition from one of the far flung outposts of the United States. I wonder what this painter makes of the outcome of the presidential election? An image very well composed with very good colours and clarity.

Very nice daily life photo of the man painting his house. Nice contrast between the painted part and the part which is yet to be painted. His blue shirt contrasts also nicely with the grey shaded background and the composition is excellent.

this is a remote spot on earth, anyway you can say the same from the place where I live. haha.
I liked the graphical mood of the compo with colors, different zones and the personage well positioned.
