Photographer's Note
Lexington House is a historic hotel located at Lexington in Greene County, New York. It was built about 1883 as a middle class resort and is large three story frame building arranged in a modified "L" shaped configuration. It features Italianate and Eastlake design elements. Also on the property is a former ice house (ca. 1900), wagon house (ca. 1883), River Theater (ca. 1887, destroyed 2010), and shed (ca. 1900).
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.
