Photographer's Note

This photograph was taken at the entrance to the
Rocky River Nature Center located in North Olmsted,
Ohio. The Nature Center is part of the Cleveland
Metroparks which are scattered throughout Cuyahoga
County. The giant pre-historic fish called Dunk
is named for the fossil types known as Dunkleosteus,
a large fish which lived approx. 370 million years ago.
The fish was named for David Dunkle, who had been the
curator of the Cleveland Natural History Museum.
