Photographer's Note

Reflection of a sailboat on the Seattle waterfront. Puget Sound is a body of salt water that extends about 100 miles - from Deception Pass in the north to Olympia in the south. Sometimes the water can be quite choppy, while other times it can be like glass. On this day a boat glided by, creating gentle ripples. I flipped this photo vertically - the white spot is the sun's reflection.
