Going back to BC from Banff via Highway 1 and just when the morning sun was casting its light on the mountain tops. Just could not resist to stop by the roadside just to take a shot of this view.

Did adjustments on Photoshop and Lightroom.

IMpressive moutain in the beautiful morning light . The dark silhouettes of fir trees are attractive lements .

Hi Marvs:

Lovely shot of Mt. Stephen. It's a little yellow for my taste, but a good composition and capture of nice light. Those clouds in the upper left look a bit funky--I'm guessing that's smoke from the forest fires we've been having recently?
