Photographer's Note

I must be getting forgetful now that I'm in my mid 40's, this is another photo that I thought I had already posted.

This is one of Vancouver's skyline favourites and is often used in Adds showing off our city. Its the Woodwards building - one that I've posted on here several times before.

But never during Purple Hour. I wanted to find a unique angle of this cool Flat Iron building, and its cool that another Iconic Vancouver building is lurking in the bg - the rounded Harbour Centre.

The Woodwards is a mixture of locals who own and locals who are on income assistance/welfare. The Government wanted to create housing for the less fortunate. So they get to own these appartments are a very very reduced rate compared to me buying one. That's ok with me, we all need help and we need to help those IN need.

For those who wish to have people in their photos, well technically there are here...but its a 25 second long exposure so their ghosts. The reason why I enjoy using long exposure shots on tripods is because that's how you get this purple hour lighting.

I'll post a couple more in the WS, some funky angles.
