"Seaside Silhouettes", a photo from British Columbia, Western

Photographer's Note

Another shot from Vancouver Island West Coast, just outside of Tofino. As this view was pretty much facing into the sun, which really provided some nice silhouettes. The dog on the rocks was icing on the cake.

Hi Daniel,
Black and white never gets alot of attention on TE, but I for one quite like to see some now and again. Nice shot here with nice contrasts and good definition - too bad areas of the sky are blown out. Well done and I like the focal subject - the dog! TFS. Gerald

Hi Daniel,
I count 8 legs 4 on the rock and 4 reflecting in the in the shimmering inlet.
Excellent choice to use the B&W format in this difficult light.
