Photographer's Note
It's hard to believe that over all the years that I lived on the coast of BC, I never went whale watching. So for my recent trip home, whale watching was definitely on my 'to-do' list.
It was such a great time out on the water with "Ocean Outfitters" that we actually tried to book another trip for the next day, unfortunately- they were fully booked.
This shot shows one of the other whale watching outfits- 'Weigh West Adventures'.

Hi Dan,
Did you take good shots of the whales? I took several pictures but only two look ok. It wasn't the best day when I went but the boat ride was a lot of fun. I like in this image how the boat and suits stand out amid the green and blue of the surrounding. Thanks Dan.

Hi Dan,
I really like this shot! Great to see the other boat on the water, which adds to this photo. The view is so beautiful and that little bit of fog (?) enhances the whole scene. Great work!
