Photographer's Note

Abandoned Sugar Cabin, somewhere around Quebec city. For those of you unfamiliar with this... "Cabanes à sucre (sugar cabin) are open at the beginning of spring, when maple trees are leaking (they're always lost in the middle of a small maple wood). The water they leak is very sweet, and when it is boiled, it produces all sorts of products (including maple syrup). So, during the 6-8 weeks cabanes à sucre are opened, you can go there to have an excellent meal."
