Photographer's Note
This is a picture taken off the front of my family Island.. its located in Onaping Lake, Sudbury, Ontario. Six miles up the lake. There is a lot of history with that canoe(its my grandfather's hunting canoe..).. maybe I see this as a beautiful picture because I have so much history with it.. I'm sorry if you cannot see the beauty I see. I'm also sorry because the resolution sucks.. I use a disposible camera :$.. sometimes...

Lovely photo Zoe. I too share a passion for the canoe. The more used it is the more stories is has to tell. Post some more pics for us. I grew up in this area and love it. Welcome to TE!

this kind of results with a disposable camera ... that is an awesome work
I like the way you placed the canone in the center of the frame as if deserves the center of focus in the picture and reading your note I do agree with you

Hey Zoester,
My Favourite model and photo buddy. Great shot of the canoe. I know even though you are learning photography you have an eye for it. I know with a bit of teaching you will have more awesome shots like this one to come. Very nice framing on this shot!

I see adventure Zoe. I sense excitement and the thrills. I feel the exhiliration, hearing the sound of the oar, breaking into the water. I smell, campfire smokes and the rustling of leaves and the creaking of branches. And maybe...did it ever occur to you, a resting canoe is a dying canoe, just like a dog with no one to walk or play with. Take your camera Zoe and take the canoe for a walk :)
