Photographer's Note
In order to get from the ground, you need to heat up the air along your ballast, the more passengers, the hotter the air, of course ...
The driver propelled the mix propane-air into the mouth of the balloon breaking the silence of the early morning.
Ready to take off.

Hello Henk,a well presented shot of the 'firing' of the balloon.
The composition has been well thought out, showing us the driver,[ or is he a pilot?]and the flames shooting from the burners.
Everything is sharp,an excellent shot, tfs, regards Jean.

Hi Henk,
I haven't seen this angle before. Good shot with both technical and human presence. His face is nicely illuminated by flames. Excellent strong colours too.

This is the one I like the most, because of the perspective and the view from the inside. The burners are simply superb and that man looking at them is excellent. Your compo is very good and the colours, well the colours are outstanding. Well done.

Hi Henk. This one is a beauty, with its stunning perspective from bottom right to top left, and the incredible colour and sharpness. Great viewpoint and superb exposure in presenting this experience, something I'd like to do one day. The light glinting on those stainless steel burners is marvellous.

Andrew

Henk,
I don`t know why, but I am reminded of the similar shot you took at Madurai of a balloon....
But this is more "inside" with so much of expression on the man anchoring the shot.
Thanks,
Prem.
